It all started when I was a little kid…
My Story
I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1985. I always wanted to become a chiropractor because of how it saved my father’s life and the many benefits it provided for our family and friends.
Over the years I studied with many of the great pioneers in Chiropractic, Natural Medicine, and Osteopathy. I received my Diplomat in Natural Medicine and Osteopathy DO(Mp). In 2006 I was knighted by The Sovereign Orthodox Order of the Knights Hospitaller of St John of Jerusalem in New York City .
The human body is an amazing and magical presence. Consider how its Innate Intelligence knows how to heal the body, process nutrients from the food you eat, and manage all the systems in your body so that you can function on this planet.
My life’s journey has been filled with questions and answers to many of what causes dis-ease in the body. I want to know what works and what does not work for my patients, just as any good health care provider. Many times one must think outside the box.
This has brought me to an understanding of the language of the nervous system, a glimpse at least. How does the “hardware” function and how to rewire the “software” of the nervous system after injury? Marrying chiropractic with traditional neurological testing and frequency, sound, and light technologies and nutrition is proving to pioneer the science of treatment of brain and nerve injuries. Much of what we do has been already been written in the chiropractic and medical research journals and practiced in clinics worldwide.

Several years ago I suffered a head and back injury resulting in post-concussion syndrome.
My symptoms were debilitating, and returning to work too soon did not help matters. I endured constant headaches, grueling fatigue, nausea, short term memory loss, and was unable to concentrate, make decisions, stand for long or walk far. I cold barely climb stairs and was so sound sensitive that even my refrigerator running caused me to wear ear plugs. I was unable to read more than a few lines at a time, and working on a computer or watching tv was virtually impossible!
I withdrew from all social activities; darkness and total silence were my best friends. After six months of increasingly bizarre symptoms, I was at my wit’s end.
One day, in the midst of a random panic attack, I remembered a business card I had for a chiropractor. Perhaps a spinal adjustment could help…? When I called to make an appointment, Dr. Faulhaber asked to come in ASAP? I secured a ride and within that day received my first treatment, .a combination of chiropractic, quantum neurology, and LED light therapy. The panic attack dissolved within minutes, and I knew I was onto something special.
Since that time I have attended Dr. Faulhaber’s clinic regularly, and I have nothing but praise for the amazing work she does. Her unique treatments are what started me on my road to recovery, and enabled me to work two more years until I could take early retirement. I have complete faith in her abilities, and appreciate her kind and gentle manner.
My headaches have abated, my physical stamina has increased, and I can now tolerate short periods of “screen” time. The sound sensitivity has improved to the point that I am now gingerly resuming a social life. And just last week I started to read my first book in almost five years.
Yes, I still have a long way to go but when I look back at how far I have come, I can scarcely believe my good fortune in meeting Dr. Faulhaber. She gave me back my life, and no words can describe my depth of gratitude for all she has done for me!
